At SIE Medical, we are committed to providing high-quality nutritional supplements and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any supplement, vitamin, nutritional, or consumable product once an order has been shipped.
This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Lost or Stolen Packages
SIE Medical is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If the order is less than $150 excluding taxes then a predetermined charge will be added to the order prior to completion. All orders over $150.00 have free shipping in the continential U.S. They typically will arrive with 5 busines days of the order being completed. Some areas of the country are more expensive than others due to remoteness. If the cost of the shipping is above $20.00 we will call and discuss shipping cost.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
